Trial of Maradona medical team for negligence postponed until 2025
The trial of seven medical professionals accused of negligence in the death of Argentina football legend Diego Maradona has been postponed until next year. Maradona died in 2020 while recovering from brain surgery for a blood clot, after battling for years against cocaine and alcohol abuse.
