Philippine Drivers Cooperatives Sign Investment Agreement with Qatar's Ecotranzit

Noubikko, executive chairman of Beulah Development Corporation announced that it diversifies the company's investment portfolio which includes Qatar's first Electric Vehicle called Ecotranzit.
