Israel says 'dozens' of warplanes striking 'extensively' in southern Lebanon
Israel's military said on Saturday it had in the past hour been "striking extensively" in southern Lebanon after detecting plans by Hezbollah to strike Israeli communities. Earlier in the day, its air force struck thousands of rocket launchers in southern Lebanon that posed an "immediate" threat amid growing fears of all-out war with Lebanese group Hezbollah.
